Preparatory work

Restore the factory settings before we had better to backup the data in the phone, including contact, photos, text messages, etc., or to restore the factory settings after the loss of all the data on the phone.

Preparation Tools

1. In the tablet we click "Application".

2. Then in the application find "set" click to enter, as shown in the following figure.

3. Click "General" in the setting and find "Reset" click Enter, as shown in the following figure.

4. Then we find "Restore factory settings" Click to enter, as shown in the following figure.

5. Then we will find the "Reset device" click to enter, as shown in the following figure.

6. Click "Delete All" here.

After the above operation is completed, the tablet will reset successfully after the automatic reboot.
