Method One, Machine menu set

1. Press the "menu" key on the control Panel.


2. Press the Left/right arrow on the Control Panel to select "Layout" and press "OK".


3. When the "direction" is displayed on the screen, press the "OK" key.


4. Press the Left/right arrow on the Control Panel to select the desired direction, here to select "Landscape" as an example, and then press "OK".


5. After the operation, press the "Cancel" key to return to ready mode.


Method Two, printing software setting (here Take "WORD2010" as an example to introduce)

1. Open the printed document, and then select Page Layout.


2. Select "Paper Orientation".


3. Select the direction you want to set, and here is an example of selecting "Landscape".
