Samsung printer screen display "dual-sided printing paper jam" solution

Example:Unable to print, the machine screen displays "double-sided printing paper jam ".

 
Original cause:There is paper stuck in the dual-sided printing unit area.

 
The solution is as follows:

 
1. Pull the dual-sided printing unit from the back of the machine.

 
 

2. Remove the paper jam from the dual-sided printing unit.

 
 

If the paper does not come out with the double-sided printing unit, remove the paper from the bottom of the machine.

 
 

If you still cannot see the paper, go to the next step.

 
3. Re-insert the dual-sided printing unit into the back of the machine.

 
 

4. Open the rear cover, as shown in the following figure, and pull out the stuck paper.

 
 

5. Close the back cover and the machine will be automatically restored.
