1. Place a single-page document face-down on the document glass plate, or load the document face-up into the manuscript.

 

2. Press fax on the control panel, and then click menu.

 

3. When "fax function" is displayed on the screen, press OK.

 

4. Press the left/right arrow on the control panel to select send first, and then press OK.

 

5. Enter the target fax number through the number key, and then press OK.

 

6. Enter the job name and press OK.

 

After the above operations are completed, if the original is placed on the scanner glass plate, select yes to add other pages. Load another original, and then press OK. "Another page?" appears ?" Select No ]. The machine starts scanning and sends the fax to the target.
