S health is an application that can help you manage your health, set fitness goals, check progress, and track your overall health and fitness. If you want to use the S health test heart rate, follow these steps:
1. Under the Standby page, click "Application".
2. Click on "S Health".
3. Slide up the screen and click "Add".
4. Click "Measurement" under "heart rate".
5. Place your finger on the sensor on the back of the device.
6. The measurement results will be displayed after the measurement is completed. You can also select the current state to see if the heart rate is in a normal state under different circumstances. For example: click "Resting".
7. You can view the normal average range of "resting", click "Save" to save this measurement record.

If you want to use the S health measurement run, follow these steps:
1. Under the Standby page, click "Application".
2. Click on "S Health".
3. Slide the screen up and click "Run" under "Start". (Note: This penalty has been opened as an example of "position".) )
4. Click "Start" again.
5. After the countdown will enter the warm-up stage.
6. Click on the "Small lock" icon, you can enter the "power-saving mode."

5. Click "←" to return to the S health main interface.
6. Click "Measurement" under "pressure".
7. Place your finger on the sensor on the back of the device.
8. The measurement results will be displayed after the measurement is completed. You can also select the current state, where you click on "quietly" for example.
9. Click "Save" to save this measurement record.
