1. Clear original paper jam

: If paper jam occurs when paper is fed through the automatic paper feed (ADF), the "document Jam" is displayed on the display screen ".

1. Clear the original paper jam

1. Remove the remaining paper from the ADF.

 

2 open the top cover of the ADF.

 

 

3. Gently pull the document out of the ADF.

 

4. Disable the top cover of the ADF. Then, reload the extracted paper into the ADF (if any ).

 

Note: To avoid document jams, use a document scan glass plate to place thick, thin, or mixed sheets.

2. Clear paper board jam

: Paper feed jam. The machine screen displays [Paper Jam 0]. Open/close the cover.

1. Remove the remaining paper from the ADF.

 

2. Open the top cover of the ADF.

 

 

3. Documents with paper faults are taken out of the document tray.

 

 

4. Disable the top cover of the ADF. Then, reload the extracted paper into the ADF (if any ).

3. Clear machine internal paper jam

: When the machine screen shows [Paper Jam 1] on/off the cover, check the hot melt area or near the toner box

 

1. Gently pull out the stuck paper.

 

 

2. Switch the front door once to restore printing.

4. Clear the paper jam

: Paper Jam, the machine screen shows [Paper Jam 2] check the internal

Note: The temperature in the melting zone is very high. Be careful when taking paper from the machine.

 

1. Open the front door and gently press the toner box to pull it out.

 

 

2. If necessary, you can pull out the manual paper disk.

 

3. Gently pull out the paper jam.

 

 

4. If necessary, you can push the manual paper disk back to the machine.

 

 

5. Reinstall the toner cartridge and close the front door. The print job is automatically restored.
