Create BP
Go to Transaction code BP, click the New People button
Type Select employee
Fill in the new screen with the name, country, etc. must be lost

Assign to organizational unit
Go to spro-> Customer Relationship Management > Business Roles > Define an organization assignment or transaction code PPOMA_CRM, this interface appears:
On the right, select an employee under the appropriate organizational unit or organizational unit, right-click and select Assign
In the Select Relationship dialog box that pops up, select owner
