SAP Global Technology Conference

The SAP Global Technology Conference was held in Beijing in November 15-17. As a member of the IT industry, we were honored to participate in the whole process. We saw many cool people who passed their speeches, as well as the latest technology introduction, both the technology, the business and the management layer have benefited a lot. To sum up your feelings in one sentence, it is "technology promotes innovation, and the concept achieves excellence ", for the domestic IT industry, there is a long way to go ".

In all the speeches of the Conference, I felt that the most touching thing was the keynote speech of Haier Group chairman Zhang rimin, "Haier's single person-to-single-win mode innovation. Three of them are profound:

First, the development of marketing models. In the era of marketing 1.0, consumers buy what products enterprises produce. In the era of marketing 2.0, consumers need what products and enterprises produce what products. In the era of marketing 3.0, enterprises, employees, consumers, and suppliers should become an organic whole, each taking their own needs and doing their best to achieve a win-win situation. I feel that the arrival of marketing 3.0 is inseparable from the promotion of the Internet, the development of e-commerce, and mobile Internet. From the development track, there are many similarities between enterprises and the Internet. Web 1.0 features editing, website information, and user reading information. Web emphasizes the interaction between users and websites, users participate in website construction and content editing, while web3.0 emphasizes integration. From an early perspective, more and more people want to share their information systems with others through a unified platform. More and more enterprises want to integrate their information systems to achieve System Interconnection across isolated information islands, the National Economic Development Strategy emphasizes resource optimization, rational allocation, and harmonious development. The ubiquitous network and the mobile devices available at will are the catalyst for everything. In this era of resource integration, a certain node of consumption is no longer dominant. the whole organism of the consumption chain determines the development of the industry.

Second, Haier's transformation from enterprise informatization to information-based enterprises. I think this is definitely a great change. There are definitely few companies in China that can achieve information-based enterprises, even IT companies, most enterprises have not yet completed basic information construction. Although Haier is not yet completely transformed, there are not many leaders in China who have the courage to carry out such reform. This also benefits from accidents and disputes of interest within Chinese enterprises. Even simple things can be complicated to an intolerable level. It should be said that if you have never played politics in China, do not give yourself a title as a politician. Haier is building its own future with the power and advanced consciousness and philosophy of Superman. Through information-based enterprises, Haier optimizes the integration of resources: through the network, users and suppliers are allowed to participate in the design, and products after the design are produced with the consumer's money, the use of logistics to respond to user needs in a timely manner, to achieve the mutual benefit of each organism.

Finally, Haier's inverted pyramid structure has changed the way traditional enterprises distribute their jobs step by step, and commands are issued step by step. It is an employee-centered model that is dominated by employees and coordinated by superiors. This will give full play to the subjective initiative of bottom-layer employees, stimulate their creativity, and maximize the interests of employees while maximizing the interests of enterprises.

At the meeting, Dr. Haso, co-founder of sap, and CEO and CTO of SAP also gave a keynote speech. Among them, Hana, a memory computing product just launched by SAP, has received much attention, the ox people introduced Hana from various dimensions, while the Hana customer, Nongfu Spring and Lenovo, gave an example speech, highlighting the advantages of Hana, especially in terms of performance. In subsequent technical lectures, all product lines mentioned that Hana memory databases will be supported in the future, which is also a direction for SAP's strategic development. With the development of the Internet, the amount of data is getting bigger and bigger, and obtaining useful information from such a huge amount of data is becoming more and more important, because data is the lifeline. Nowadays, if a company makes a wrong decision, even if its response lags behind, it may lose the opportunity for development. In the face of the failed results, there is no chance of correction. This requires enterprise decision makers to make decisions as timely and accurate as possible, and decision-making is inseparable from the support of data. Only through real-time and accurate data analysis and monitoring, in order to respond quickly and accurately, and seize the lead in the fierce competition, is conducive to an undefeated position.

As a result, I also deeply feel the importance of technology and technology to promote innovation. If an enterprise wants to develop in the long run, it absolutely needs to have the core technology as its core competitiveness. I think this is lacking in many domestic enterprises. Of course, I feel that the reason is not all in the enterprise. After all, China's relations are the top productive forces, and the business that can be obtained can earn money, the speed is faster, and the speed of achieving benefits through technology is much slower. It is very likely that the core technology has not been developed before, even if it is finally developed, you can succeed without seeing it. However, if you want to develop by leaps and bounds or lead an era, you can't do without technology. The Conference also introduced many SAP products related to business intelligence, mobile device management, business process integration, management, monitoring, analysis, and performance management, describes the architecture, development, and upgrade. Because these products have not yet been used, we won't be so embarrassed here, and we have no say if we don't have any experience.

The last thing I feel comfortable with is that there are a lot of delicious and delicious food during the meeting. If I am tired, I can adjust it. It feels pretty good. This is also my work environment, I hope to have the opportunity to experience or create such an environment.
