Automatically save files while editing
1, on the Tools menu, click Options, and then click the Save tab.
2, select the automatic save time interval check box.
3, in the "Minutes" box, enter the time interval to save the file. The more frequently you save the file, the more information the file can recover in the event of a power outage or similar situation when the file is open.
Note AutoRecover does not replace the normal file save. When you open a recovered file, if you choose not to save the file, the recovery file is deleted and unsaved changes are lost. If you save the recovery file, it replaces the original (unless you specify a new file name).
Speed Save files
1, on the Tools menu, click Options, and then click the Save tab.
2. If you only save changes to the file, select the Allow fast Saves check box, and then continue to save the file while you are editing.
3. To save the complete file, after you finish editing the file, clear the Allow fast saves check box, and then save it again. The check box is fully saved when the state is cleared.

1, on the File menu, click Save As Web page.
2, to save the document in a different folder, locate and open the folder.
