Scale content in Word 2013 documents to fit A4 paper type

When a user prints a Word document using Word2013, if the printer you are using does not support the type of paper specified in the current Word document Page Setup, you can automatically use A4 sized paper by setting the zoom content, as described in the following steps:

Step 1th, open the Word2013 document window, click the file → options command, and so on, as shown in Figure 2013041907.

Step 2nd, open the Word Options dialog box and switch to the Advanced tab. In the print area, select the scale content to fit the A4 or 8.5*11 paper size check box, and click OK, as shown in Figure 2013041908.
