Scenario where the current security settings are not allowed to download the file in IE

Solution One:

1.0 when IE is open, click the Tools menu in the menu bar and select the Internet Options command from the pop-up menu:

2.0 in the dialog box that pops up Internet options, open the Internet Options dialog box:

3.0 in the Internet Options dialog box that opens, tap Security to switch to the Security tab

4.0 in the Internet area of the Security tab, the security level at this time is high, such as:
