The SA background configuration has a place to determine whether it is time-related:

The price is time-related, that is, a row can have different prices, but these prices are not related to information records and need to be manually maintained; if the price field is set to the displayed status, the price can only be read from the information record.

Here, you can manually enter the price regardless of the new one. The created price is automatically recorded by the system as the SA price history.

2. Time is irrelevant (check out ):

Although there is an update button here, it is updated based on the SA creation time by default. That is to say, if the price from 09.01.01 to 09.02.28 in the information record is 3 CNY, the price between 09.03.01 and 09.05.30 is 2 CNY. If the SA is created at 09.02.01, the system obtains the info record price at the time of 3 CNY, and the current price is 09.03.11, even if update, it is also updated according to the SA creation time, and the price will not be changed. The SA creation time cannot be changed.

 

Then you may ask how to use the update button?

First, if the validity period price of info record changes, the update here will be useful. For example, in the information record, the price between 09.01.01 and 09.02.28 is 3 CNY, and the price between 09.03.01 and 09.05.30 is 2 CNY. If sourcing and 09.03.11 find that the information record is created incorrectly, the price for changing me12 to 09.01.01 to 09.01.31 is 3 CNY, and the price from 09.02.01 to 09.05.30 is 2 CNY, at that time, the system obtained the info record price of 3 CNY, which was changed to 2 CNY after update.

Second, the standard usage is that there is a field in info record. You can choose not to use the SA (or po) creation date to update the price, but from the GR receipt date, the estimated arrival date and so on to update the price.

 

So we chose "time-insensitive". If the sourcing price changes, we can only create another SA. However, the price can only be obtained from Info record. Currently, the PR. date Cat. Field in info record is empty, so the SA creation price update is equivalent to not being able to change the price.

 

In 100, the configuration has been changed and only passed to 101. Other systems have not passed in. Please test.
