found that the PIP command can not be executed under the command line, all depressed, and later found to be loaded with other software when it has been installed, you can refer to my previous PIP blog. Remove the previous software before executing it and find no problem.

In fact, I did not have all the PIP uninstall, just uninstall Scrapy, and then re-install, I did not use Python setup.py uninstall, direct use of PIP. Scrapy upgrade success, but other related modules are not up-to-date, there is a need to upgrade it later.
