The method to implement number scrolling is to put two li s in a UL label, one Li representing the current number, and the other representing the next number. Set the UL property to hide the Li that exceeds the boundary to ensure that only one digit is displayed.

Implementation of the scrolling animation effect: the two li nodes scroll simultaneously, and the Li nodes beyond the UL area are automatically hidden. After the animation ends, set the Li position to the bottom and update the number to prepare for the next animation.
