- Sprint Summary: Our task is a bit too slow to keep pace with, we need to work overtime at a later stage to ensure that we can keep up.
- Take turns: refer to Figure 1.
- Productivity Analysis: Our actual productivity is lower than our expected production, mainly because of the recent need to prepare multiple large jobs and lack of time for communication.
- Improvement: Strengthen communication at the latter stage, ensure the progress of normal completion.
