Agile Development: Agile software Development for lightweight processes that allow for rapid change.
Scrum is an agile development framework that breaks traditional sequential product development processes and encourages team self-organization (co-location or online collaboration, as well as daily face-to-face communication)
Scrum has three pillars:transparency, inspection, and adaptation.
Scrum role:
1) Product owner:product ' s stakeholder, acting as customer voice (equivalent to customer representative). Write user stories, sort them by priority, and add them to the product Backlog. This role cannot coincide with Scrum master because the role is more business oriented.
2) Development team: Responsible for delivering potentially shippable increments (psis) at the end of each sprint. The development team is self-organizing in scrum, although it communicates with the PMO.
3) Scrum Master: Responsible for removing barriers to achieving delivery goals. This role is not a traditional team lead or project manager, more like a buffer between the team and various disadvantages. He assures that the scrum framework process is going smoothly. He is more focused on functions, not personnel management.
