SCX-4729HD driver installation prompt unrecognized USB recognition, how to solve

The solution is as follows:

 

1. Check whether the USB data cable has exceeded 3 meters, the standard length is 1.5 meters, and whether there is a transformer. If yes, it is recommended to replace the standard data cable.

 

2. Test other USB interfaces for changing the computer.

 

3. Check whether the printer driver is correctly driven.

 

4. Check the USB power supply settings.
