When you select "Unsettled items", the SAP system performs a credit control check based on the outstanding items and based on the "Maximum outstanding items %" "number of days of the outstanding items.

"Days of unsettled items": the number of days before the period of the outstanding items;

"Maximum outstanding items %": the maximum number of days beyond the period is greater than or equal to the total amount of outstanding items in the "remaining items days" and the total amount of all outstanding items;

When the system detects that the above ratio is greater than the "Maximum outstanding items %" setting, the system will give corresponding prompts and operations according to the settings.
