To make a Web page, first set its overall properties, click Modify\page Properties ..., or use the shortcut key ctrl+j. At this point, the pop-up Page Properties Settings dialog box.

Here is a detailed explanation.

Title: Fill in the page heading later.
Background Image: After you fill in the path of the background pattern of the page, or click the browser button to select it later. Note that in order to avoid problems, you should fill in the relative path instead of using an absolute path. A relative path is the location of a file relative to another file, and an absolute path is the absolute location of a file.
Background: Background color. You can fill in a hexadecimal RGB color that begins with a #, or fill in a specific English word for the color, or click the button that follows to use the palette.
Text: The color of the literal. Set method Ibid.
Links: The color of hyperlinks. Set method Ibid.
Visited links: The color of hyperlinks that have been accessed. Set method Ibid.
Active Links: The color of the active hyperlink. Set method Ibid.
Left Margin: The width of the blank on the left-hand side of the page. Only Internet explore support.
Top Margin: The height of a blank at the front of the page. Only Internet explore support.
Margin width: The margin to the left of the page. Only Netscape communicater support.
Top Height: The width of the left margin of the page. Only Netscape Communicater support.
Document Encoding: Web Text encoding. Chinese should choose Simplified Chinese (GB2312).
Tracing Image: Design sketches. Designers can draw a sketch in front of the Web page design, and follow this sketch when designing the page.
When the settings are complete, click the Apply button to close this dialog box, or click the OK button directly.
