SECURECRT connection Ubuntu,centos failed, long reconnect, unable to connect solution

Ubuntu,centos the SSH Remote Encryption Connection service is not installed by default.
Use the command to install.
0.sudo apt-get Install Openssh-server openssh-client
1.rpm-qa | grep ssh to see if SSH is installed if no No. 0 step is performed
2.service sshd Status Check if it is turned on if not continue below
3. Start the SSH Services service sshd Restart Stop Services service sshd stop
4.NETSTAT-ANTP | grep sshd to see if 22 ports are activated or Ps-aux|grep sshd to see if there is an sshd service
5.chkconfig sshd on set SSH service to boot
6. If not, clear the firewall or turn off iptables-f or service iptables stop
