Security tab for files or files displayed under XP system

In a lot of times, we need to set the permissions of the file or folder, where the Security tab is generally used, but under the XP system, the default is not displayed, how to call our "Security" tab?

Specific practices:
Click on the "Folder Options (o) ..." button under the "Tools" menu, then remove the hooks in " View" in "Folder Options" before "Use Simple File sharing " (select the folder where your database files are located);

Then right-click on the "Properties" of the file or folder , there will be a "Security " tab, set the user or team permissions inside, such as "Everyone" inside the access rights for you need. The general permissions problem can be solved.
