Large software companies are committed to improving the software development process, and they improve the quality of software production by implementing CMM, ISO and other certifications. Software Engineering is becoming increasingly important, and the era of heroic software development seems to be moving away. Software developers are becoming part of this ever-growing software production machine. They have no position in many companies. Software engineers work like Niu Ma. Many of them laugh and say they are it migrant workers. In recent years, many software outsourcing companies have emerged in China to operate labor dispatch businesses. Some people who have worked in these companies call them traffickers. I haven't seen the programmer spirit for a long time. There is no spark. Only the boss's thoughts, the instructions of the product manager, the decisions of the marketing department, and the complicated and mandatory rules are lost, work overtime only to save the job. The software industry is booming and programmers seem to be declining. Could not find the ideal software paradise, just wandering around the capitalist's software workshop. I suddenly wondered if the Spring Festival transportation map was approved by the project? Have the design documents been written? Is there a signature from the testing department during release? The boss knows that all products are released and online. Does this comply with the process? What is even more puzzling is that this product does not seem to comply with any process rules. Why are there no errors? The Spring Festival map has successfully played a role, so that Comrade Li Kaifu, the boss, is proud to be proud and publicized everywhere. Why?
