In Debian, use thunderbird to send and receive emails from the MSExchange server-Linux Release Technology-Debian information. The following is a detailed description. Evolution often gets stuck.
I found out that MS Exchange supports the IMAP protocol.
Thus
Installed thunderbird (the alias I gave: fast bird-from thunder, haha)
Create an account
Protocol selection IMAP
The server address is the same as that in windows.
SMTP is also
(If you have created another account, you may not be allowed to enter the SMTP server here,
It doesn't matter. You can set it in Edit-Account Settings after adding an Account)
Then the settings are complete.
Maybe you will receive "mail server xxxxxxxxxxx is not an IMAP4 server"
That's what I do.
At first, I thought the server configuration does not support IMAP.
Later, I found that the selected protocol is not enough.
To change Security Settings
Or Edit-Account Settings-server settings
Select SSL in Security Settings
Then you can log on.
The SMTP server mentioned above is also changed here
Edit-Account Settings-outgoing server (SMTP)
Add servers with ms ex in it
However, the following "use secure connect..." (using a secure link)
Select "NO". (If you select another one, the message fails to be sent)
