Sendmail:fatal:chdir/var/spool/postfix:permission denied
Cause, Apache cannot send mail because of SELinux default settings.
In fact, the command can be sent by mail.

Workaround:

Setsebool Httpd_can_sendmail on

If it's a legacy system on, you can use 1, which I haven't tested.

In addition, restart the problem, you can add in the/etc/rc.local

Setsebool Httpd_can_sendmail on

In this way, after the restart can also be sent, or restart after the same error reported.

Mail command line send message with attachment

Mail-s "Test File"-a File.tar testmail@163.com
Then enter the message content, and when you are done, press Ctrl+d to send it.
