2. Scope definition
Through expert judgment and project stakeholder analysis, the initial scope specification is changed into a detailed scope specification.
3. Create a work breakdown structure
The scope baseline of this project is determined by the work breakdown structure template of the similar project, combined with the detailed scope specification of this project.
4. Scope Confirmation
Through continuous inspection and testing work, to identify the scope of the project to determine whether the project implementation results meet the requirements and expectations of the project stakeholders.
5. Range Control
according to the project scope statement and WBS dictionaries to control the scope, not work in the project scope statement and WBS dictionaries, to take the change request according to the change process in the project scope management plan, and to readjust the scope baseline based on the changes that were passed.
