I know very little about every day's programming. Once they talk about some Framework issues, I am confused and may have never attended a Framework meeting, I don't even know the version of the Framework. I don't know what to do, so I can't do it!

Is there a simpler and better way to do everything in this process. Can computers perform simple mechanical repetitive work? There is also reuse. Whether each task can be reused in the next version of Release is the basic quality of software development. I still don't know about the release process, because I have never been in touch with it and never told me to do it. When they talk about it, I am in the fog, but I still don't know it.

There are two mountains for developers, business problems and technical problems. Business problems are fundamental issues and technical issues are secondary issues. It's easy to keep your head empty. Microsoft calls this kind of person bozo, which means dumb. No one will ever pay attention to what dummies do. Even if he does contribute, he will not have any weight. Of course, dummies cannot be trusted. Your only hope for Dummies is that they will not mess up things. Am I a dumb?

 
The goal of a software development project is not to make the right plan beforehand, but to make the right decision every day from unknown to known. If you pretend to know something, you cannot get the correct information from unknown to known, and you may make wrong decisions. When the information proves you are wrong, you must feel very sad. So you will be more afraid of information, and others will think that you are resisting the facts, and eventually you will be in a vicious circle.
It is only when you know that uncertainty is there that you can solve it; those undiscovered definite things will trip you down. By contrast, it is much better to admit that you don't know it.
