Server 2008 80 port cannot be shut down

When using Aphace to set up the server when prompted 80 port is occupied, after the discovery found that occupies 80 port is the system PID 4, detailed find found Ntoskrnl.exe occupy and in the Task manager shutdown process, but shut down!

Workaround: Window-sqlserver 2008-Configuration Tool-sqlserver Configuration Manager to locate the SQL Server Reporting Services service stop; and then netstat-ano the 80 ports inside, it's gone.
