Server-u uploads Chinese files with garbled characters

The problem is that the server-u uses UTF-8 encoding and the following settings can solve the garbled problem:

1. Open the server-u console and click "limits and settings ".

2. Find the OPTs utf8 command in FTP settings, and right-click to disable this command.

3. Click "Global attributes" below ".

4. In the pop-up FTP command Properties tab, in the "advanced options", remove the hook before "use UFT-8 encoding for all send and receive paths and file names!

5. If you upload Chinese files later, there will be no Garbled text.
