Service problems during NTP installation in arm-Linux

Today, the boss asked me to install linux NTP service on our management machine, the platform is ARM9. the operating system is linux-2.4. I found the NTP source code on the Internet. After compilation, I copied ntpd, ntpq, ntpdate, and some files to the management machine. The NTP. conf configuration file is configured as follows:

 

Restrict default nomodify

Server 127.127.1.0
Fudge 127.127.1.0 stratum 10

 

Start ntpd and run ntpd-c ntp. conf.

 

You can use netstat-unl to find that the port of udp123 has been opened.

 

Using the ntpdate management machine IP address in my host virtual machine keeps reporting the no server suitable for synchronization found error. I waited for half an hour instead of five minutes on the Internet.

 

I have the same configuration on my host, please ntpd. You can use ntpdate in the management machine to connect to the host. Kindly advise the experts to answer the questions ~~~
