Set a picture to soften edge effects in a Word 2007 document

With the help of Word2007 's image softening edge function, the user can set a soft edge effect on the picture in the Word2007 document, which renders the edge of the picture more ambiguous, as described in the following steps:

Step 1th, open the Word2007 document window and select the picture you want to set the soft edges.

Step 2nd, in the Format tab of the Picture Tools Ribbon, click the Picture Effects button in the Picture Styles group, select the soft Edges option, and select the appropriate soft edge effect in the list of soft edges effects that you open, as shown in Figure 2009030701.

Tip: If you are ready to cancel the soft edge effect of word pictures, you can select the "No soft edges" option in the soft edge effects list.
