With the envelope features in Word 2010 mail merge, you can create envelopes that are used to send letters to each recipient. The user can set envelope options so that the envelopes that are created are more in line with the actual requirements, as described in the following procedure:
Step 1th, open the Word 2010 document window and switch to the mail ribbon. In the Start Mail Merge group, click the Start Mail Merge button and select the Envelopes command from the Open menu, as shown in Figure 2011072912.

2nd step, in the Open Envelope Options dialog box, users can click the envelope size drop-down triangle button to select a standard envelope size or a custom dimension in the Envelope size list. You can also set the font for the delivery address and return address, as well as the "delivery address" and "return address" and the distance from the left and top of the envelope, as shown in Figure 2011072913.

Step 3rd, switch to the Print Options tab, where the user can set the envelope feed mode. Click the OK button when you finish setting, as shown in Figure 2011072914.
