Set formatting options when pasting from another program in Word 2007

When you paste text copied from a program other than Word 2007 to a Word 2007 document, you can set one of the preserve source formatting, match destination format, and text only three paste formats in the Paste from other program option, as described in the following steps:

Step 1th, open the Word 2007 document window, and click the Office Button → Word Options button, as shown in Figure 2012040330.

Step 2nd, open the Word Options dialog box and switch to the Advanced tab. In the cut, copy, and paste areas click the paste from other program Drop-down triangle button, select the Keep source formatting, match destination format, or keep Text Only option, and click OK, as shown in Figure 2012040331.
