Set Oracle Internet access in CentOS

Environment: CentOS 7 + Oracle 11g r2

Public Network: fixed IP Address

Symptoms: port 1521 is normal, netmanager configuration test is normal, plsql connection prompts ORA-12514: TNS: listener does not currently know of service requested in connect descriptor

Solution:

Add SID_LIST_LISTENER =
