As shown in, Eclipse and SQLDeveloper can be opened by double-clicking. The initiators of these applications are under the/usr/share/applications folder, and then copied to the desktop.

Terminal Access/usr/share/applications,
 
Create the gedit SqlDeveloper. desktop file.
 
Add the following content:

The Exec above indicates the command to be executed after double-clicking, and the Icon indicates the displayed Icon. Generally, it is provided after the program is installed.

In this way, you can easily start sqldeveloper from the desktop.
