Sometimes some download websites generally support downloading common archive files such as rar and zip to support more formats, but do not support downloading many files such as iso, in fact, you can set mime.

Explanations:

The purpose of inputting application/octet-stream in MIMETypes is to make IIS treat the INI file as an EXE and a download prompt appears.

Otherwise, a 404 error is prompted or the content is displayed directly in the browser. Can not achieve our goal.
