Hosts is bound. sometimes it may be caused by some security tools.

The hosts binding has been done. you can ping the domain name. Access fails.
127.0.0.1 ce1.test.com
Enter http: // localhost in the address bar for access.
Enter http: // 127. 0.0.1 in the address bar.
Enter the http://ce1.test.com in the address bar (hosts bound domain name) not accessible!

Http: // localhost accessible
Http: // 127. 0.0.1 inaccessible
