The Windows 7 system has a "scheduled Tasks" feature that is rarely used by people. In fact, "scheduled task" is a very useful feature of the system, for example, this function can set up a timed reminder, so that when using the computer will not be too much input to miss important transactions. Click the Start menu, search for scheduled tasks in the bottom search box, and then click to open Task Scheduler.

In the Task Scheduler window, click Create Basic task to open the Create Basic Task Wizard.
Enter a name for the task and a description, and click Next.
Set the task start time to "daily" in the "Triggers" option and click "Next".
Set the start time to May 1, 2014 12:00, the interval to occur every 1 days, and then click Next.
In the Action option, select Show messages, and click Next.
Set the title and content of the message box in the Show Messages option.
In the summary option, tick the check box in front of the dialog box for this task's properties when you click Finish, and click Finish.
Pop up the Scheduled Task Properties window, click Switch to the Triggers tab, select the scheduled task you just made, and click the Edit button.
Pop up the "Edit trigger" window, tick "Repeat Interval", set the time to "1 hours", set the duration to "indefinitely", click the "OK" button.
Go back to the original Scheduled Task Properties window and click OK to exit.
