Because the new security boot mechanism of Windows 8 is limited, it is not possible to enter Safe mode by pressing F8 at boot time, and we want to F8 into Safe mode at boot point.

Open the command line with administrator privileges first

In the Open Command Prompt window, enter bcdedit/set {default} Bootmenupolicy legacy

Carriage return OK. Restart the computer after performing this operation to see the traditional advanced boot option, if you want to return to the Windows 8 default boot mode, complete by entering the following command. Bcdedit/set {default} Bootmenupolicy standard through the above method we can play the safe mode as we like.
