Setting up a time server with "network precise clock"

At the end of the month attendance record form posted days, and a lot of colleagues began to leave their own many times and "sigh." Many colleagues have reflected that the time shown on the computer is inaccurate, leading them to leave early. For each computer in the office LAN to be able to automatically pair, the first task is to establish a local area network clock server, so that everyone has a consistent time to follow. "Network accurate clock" not only allows the computer and the Internet Clock Server for automatic school, but also has "this machine as a time server" function, can make our computer become a time server, for other computers in the local area network to provide school services. After the software is downloaded, it needs to be installed separately on the host and client. Jelly chose the manager's room as a mainframe computer. Computers that need to stay in line with the manager's office computer are the clients.

Sync with time: Host settings

To ensure that all computers in the office LAN can be synchronized and accurate time, first of all to ensure that the server time accurate and correct.

"Network accurate Clock" through the network timed access to multiple time servers, receive time data, and then the computer to obtain accurate time. It should be said that the accuracy of time is guaranteed.

Jelly tips Some users will worry about the time zone difference, in fact, there is no need to worry. Because the software proofread the system time, that is, the time of the 0 time zone (GMT), the system then determines the current time according to the time zone set by the computer. For example, if the 0 time zone is eight o'clock in the morning, because Beijing is located in the East eight area, then Beijing time should be four o'clock in the afternoon. Since we have already set the time zone when we installed the Windows system, the software can automatically complete this calculation process.

First, make sure that the host in the manager room is connected to the Internet so that it can be aligned with the clock server on the network. Then, run the "network accurate Clock" on the host, the software will automatically hide to the top of the desktop when it starts, and also will display the icon in the system tray of the taskbar, when we move the mouse to the top of the desktop, the clock panel will be displayed (Figure 1).

Next, the jelly to do is to host the setup work. Right-click on the clock panel and select "Now in School" (Figure 2) on the pop-up menu to open the "Now in school" dialog box. Select a clock server in the list of servers so that the host will automatically make the right time with that server.

Because the host also as a local area network clock server, so should be checked "This machine as time server" option, in the Pop-up prompt box click "Yes" button, and finally click "OK" button (Figure 3).
