Setting up a master/from hard drive in the BIOS

If you have two hard drives in your system, you must set them up in the BIOS to work properly. In the BIOS main interface Select Standard CMOS features entry, press "Enter" key to enter. If you want to set the first hard disk as the primary, select the user entry in the IDE Primary master type (hard disk) and set mode (hard drive mode) to LBA.

Sets the IDE Primary slave type to none. Set the second hard drive to be from the disk, select the user item in type in the IDE secondary master, and set mode to LBA. Set the IDE secondary slave type to none, save and exit.
