To establish an FTP site in Windows Server R2, follow these steps:
(1) Open the FTP service in IIS;
(2) Create an FTP site in IIS.
The process is as follows:
(1) Open the FTP service in IIS:
Click on the Add role on the right, add a character to the open page, and select the option related to "IIS" and the option associated with "FTP" to add it;
(2) Add FTP user
Open Server Manager----Configure-----Local Users and groups------users, in which users are added for FTP.
(3) Create a site
Open Internet Information Services (IIS) Manager, and on the site options, right-click to select "Add FTP Site";
In the page, fill in the FTP site name and content directory, the content path is the root directory of the FTP file;
The IP address is the IP address of the server where the FTP service resides;
Select the user who can access the FTP in the authorization, note that there are two ways of authentication, one is anonymous and the other is basic (requires authentication information)
Click Finish to complete the establishment of the FTP site.
