This morning, I spent some time learning about how to use my laptop to access the Internet through GPRS on my mobile phone. I have referenced some of the descriptions in the Forum.
Download and install the driver and dial-upProgram: Phonemodemdriver.rar
1. Disconnect the data line of the mobile phone, call the 2 K or XP Task Manager, and end the wcescomm. EXE task.
2. Choose "start"> "attachment"> "modulated voltage regulator" on your phone and select the connection mode (USB or infrared) between you and your computer ), then select "Activate" in the right soft key menu (do not click Finish, otherwise the modem is closed again)
3. Connect the data line. Then the computer will check the new device and install the driver (the driver is the INF file ).
4. Double-click the umodem_dialer dialing program in the compressed package you just downloaded and change "Internet" to "cmwap" in the bottom line (generally, this is the default setting ), you do not need to enter the user name and password to dial directly! The Network icon is displayed in the lower right corner of the page. The system prompts that the connection is successful at 230 kb. Hurry up and try QQ. Open IE.
Note: during the first installation of the driver, you may need to plug in the data line again. In addition, the umodem_dialer dialing software I provided has changed the Internet to cmwap by default, so you don't have to worry about having to forget to use cmnet to access the Internet.
[November 28] some time ago, it was very depressing that dialing was not allowed. It was later found that there were two modem problems. Because there is a built-in modem in my notebook, and the dial-up Modem with a mobile phone is changed to two, but I saw that the device used in the network connection-dial-wireless modem-USB was actually the modem in the notebook and could not be changed later, the final solution is to disable the modem in the notebook, and the final solution is done. Write it for your reference.
