Settings for Outlook Exchange mail downloads to local

Use outlook2007 to configure the company's Outlook Exchange Server locally to receive mail.
There is no problem with receiving mail, but you find that you can only view messages on the server in outlook2007, and you cannot download messages to the local (pop mode, there is a check box to make it easy for the user to choose, Exchange method does not). This has at least two drawbacks:
The more the messages on the server accumulate, the more you will be prompted to fill your mailbox and not be able to accept new messages.
The Outlook client software is fully a client of a network server, and if the server deletes the message, the corresponding mail in the client will disappear immediately.
Reason:
After you configure Outlook link Exchange, the default is to accept messages by using the OST method.

Solution:
To receive mail by modifying the default configuration to PST: Tool--> Account Settings--> data file--> Add (inside Select: Office Outlook Personal Folders file)
When you create a new item, "Set as Default", the message is downloaded locally.
