Reload SQL frequently encounters 2 problems

1, a previous program installation has created a pending file operation on the installation computer. You must restart the computer before you run the Setup program.

Delete C:\Program Files\Microsoft SQL Server,sql installation directory removal (if you have important data here, please back up first)
Open Registry Editor and locate the PendingFileRenameOperations project in HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Session Manager. and delete it.

2, Setup failed to configure the server. Refer to Server error logs and C:\windows\sqlstp.log for more information

Open the registry: Start with program->regedit HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\MSSQLServer. HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Microsoft SQL Server.
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\MSDTC.
