Several minor issues during adminiii connection to Linux PostgreSQL

1. Configure the IP address bound to PostgreSQL in the main configuration file of PostgreSQL. conf. If this parameter is not set, only the local closed-loop address 127.0.0.1 may be bound, which can be set to 0.0.0.0. All IPv4 addresses are included.
