Note: After you extract the plug-in package directly into the plugins folder, restart Eclipse, and you may not be able to load the new plug-in.
The solution is: 1, open the command line, to the current Eclipse directory, enter Eclipse-clean, restart Eclipse, so that eclipse will add a new plug-in. 2, if the plug-in does not rise, please delete the Eclipse/configuration/org.eclipse.update directory and then start eclipse:)
Third, use the link file.
Create a new links directory in the Eclipse directory take Jode as an example, creating a plug-in storage directory: Eclipseplugins/jode/eclipse extracts plugins into the Eclipse directory. In this eclipse, there are two plug-in directories features and plugins. Create a text file with link as extension in the links directory, such as Jode.link, as follows: Path=disk:/eclipseplugs/jode the Eclipse plug-in will install complete:)
Note: The separator in path must be a slash "/" and the exact opposite of the separator in the Windows operating system.
