SharePoint Online: Software Boundaries and limitations
This article describes some of the important limitations you might need to know about different SharePoint Online programs in Office 365. For example, it provides information about the number of users supported, storage quotas, and file size limits. This article describes the limitations of paid subscriptions. You may see different limitations of the trial plan and the SharePoint online preview site.
Note in the Office 365 plan, the software boundaries and restrictions for SharePoint Online are managed separately from the mailbox storage limits. Mailbox store limits are set up and managed by using Exchange Online. For more information about how Exchange manages mailbox limits, see the recipient's mailbox type and storage limits. You can choose the plan that best suits your organization's needs. You must assign a subscription schedule to everyone who accesses the SharePoint Online service.
To learn more about the availability of SharePoint features and Office 365 services in SharePoint Online, see the SharePoint Online service description.

Page restrictions you can add up to 25 Web Parts for a single Wiki or Web page.
Security restrictions different security features have different limitations. For example, a single user cannot have more than 5,000 security groups.
There are too many specific elements of a previous site element that cannot be listed here, but you can learn more about them in the software boundaries and limitations of the TechNet article SharePoint 2013. In this linked article, only the sections on List and library limits, page limits, and security restrictions apply to SharePoint Online.
Warn that specific feature information in this TechNet article may not be accurate for SharePoint Online.

Each user in the Office 365 SharePoint Online gets 1 TB of personal site content storage space allocated (the Government plan is GB). A personal site contains the user's OneDrive for Business Library, a recycle Bin, and personal news source information.
For each personal site, all of the SharePoint Online plans that are available for Office 365 contain the same storage space allocation. This storage space allocation is separate from the tenant allocation.
