Solution:

Find the spellcheckentirepage. JS in your computer. perphase it may be found in the folder: C: \ Program Files \ common files \ microsoft shared \ Web Server Extensions \ 12 \ template \ layouts \ 2052 \. then copy it to c: \ Program Files \ common files \ microsoft shared \ Web Server Extensions \ 12 \ template \ layouts \ 1033 \. and try to create a list again.
