Shell Escape Character collation

Escape: place the backslash (\) before the character to be escaped, indicating that the character should be considered as a common character.

When sed awk is used, escape characters are occasionally used.

For example, if I insert a string between lines 8th and lines 10th in a file, use the \ n parameter.

Common escape characters

They all start with an English letter and are abbreviated as follows: \ n indicates a new line \ r indicates a carriage return \ t indicates a horizontal tab. \ v indicates a vertical tab. \ B indicates a backward character. \ a indicates a warning (beep or flashing) \ 0xx is translated into ASCII characters in the format of octal 0xx.
