Shell script to split nginx logs

#!/bin/bash

Logs_path= "/opt/nginx/logs/"

Pid_path= "/opt/nginx/logs/nginx.pid"

MV ${logs_path}access.log ${logs_path}access_$ (date-d "Yesterday" + "%y%m%d"). Log

KILL-USR1 ' Cat ${pid_path} '

Crontab-e

XX * * * * sh/opt/shell/cutnginx.sh

The script cannot perform the possible causes:

Script does not have X permission

A password is required when the non-root user is lowered, and is placed under the root user.
